This Privacy Policy explains how ChalkHRD ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information you provide when using chalkhrd.com and our subscription service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS messaging and consent obtained through our opt-in process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is used solely to deliver the transactional pick alerts you signed up for. It is never sold, rented, or disclosed to any third party for their own marketing use.
Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, password (stored as a one-way hash), and optionally your mobile phone number and billing information.
Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number — Stripe retains payment details under their own privacy and security practices.
Usage data: We may collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, pick views, and feature usage, to improve the product.
Communications: If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence to resolve your inquiry.
If you provide a mobile phone number and check the SMS opt-in checkbox during registration, you consent to receive transactional SMS pick alerts from ChalkHRD (daily picks, race-day updates, and nightly results). Consent is not a condition of purchase.
